St Andrew's is part of a Group Ministry with the Parish of Frimley.

Both St Andrew's Frimley Green & Mytchett and St. Peter's, Frimley are churches in the Surrey Heath Deanery of the Diocese of Guildford.

Guildford Cathedral is the cathedral church for the Diocese of Guildford.  It is the only cathedral to be built on a new site in southern England since the Reformation.

The Diocese of Guildford is part of the Church of England, which is itself part of the world-wide Anglican Communion.

Frimley Green has an active number of youth groups. The Youth Centre in Wharf Road has a great site at www.frimley-green-youth.co.uk 

St. Andrew's has always had a close association with the scouts and guides,
in particular, the 1st Frimley Green Group  and the Blackwater Valley BP Scout Group.

The Boaters Christian Fellowship, better known as the BCF, is a group of Christians who appreciate the inland waterways. St Andrew's welcomes all boaters, especially those travelling along the Basingstoke Canal, which passes close to St Andrew's.
