Children and Youth

At St Andrew’s we believe that people of all ages matter, so we run a number of different Sunday groups for those aged 0 – 11 at our 11.00 am service. All begin together with everyone else at 11.00 am and then head off into their own groups after about 15 minutes. Once a month we all stay together for an all-age service, with an interactive talk, a quiz and children’s songs, often being joined by the Guides and Scouts.

Scramblers – Ages 0-3 (Pre-school)

Climbers – Ages 4-7 (Reception and Key Stage One)

Explorers – Ages 8-11 (Key Stage Two)
Explorers is our Sunday morning group for children aged 8-11

St Andrews Tiny Tots

A group for children and their carers which meets in the church hall 9:30 – 11:00 on Monday mornings during term time.  We have toys, crafts, Bible stories, songs and refreshments for children of all ages who are not yet in school.  There are also home-made cakes and refreshments for the adults.  Whether you are a parent, grandparent, other relative or friend looking after a child, do drop in and see us!  Only £1 per family per visit. Youth Group

We also run a Youth Group for those aged 10-14 on a Thursday evening, starting at 6.30pm until 8.00pm. There are games, activities, a short interactive Bible study, and regular trips out for ice skating, indoor climbing, BBQs and games in the park.

Special Events

From time to time we have special events such as Activity Mornings and Holiday Clubs.
